I reserve the right to change the terms expressed on this page at any time without notifying you. Throughout this page, the terms “me,” “I,” and “we” refer to Rebekah Louise Designs. The terms “you,” your,” and “user” refer to clients, site visitors, customers, and anyone else who uses www.rebekahlouisedesigns.com or its services.
All content of this website belongs to me unless otherwise stated. Do not download, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, sell, or distribute any of this content without my prior written consent.
Content on this website is for informational purposes only. I do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site or found by following any of the links on this site. I will not be liable for any errors or omissions in this content. I will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages from the display or use of this information.
All communication will take place via email. I do not accept phone calls, as Rebekah Louise Designs is strictly an internet-based business. I am generally available to answer emails Monday through Friday, 9AM-4PM CST.
During the design process, I do not require you to reply to my emails within any certain amount of time. However, if the design process takes longer than 4 weeks due to client indecision or slow response time, additional charges of $30/week will incur. I cannot guarantee that a design will be completed in a certain amount of time. After more than three months of non-communication, your design will be archived and a fee of $75 will be charged to resume work.
Your privacy is incredibly important to me and I will never sell or redistribute any of your contact, login, or private information. Anything you share with me is considered confidential. If you’re concerned about sharing your password with me, you are free to change it as soon as your design is installed and running smoothly.
You can purchase your design package from my Etsy shop here. Alternatively, I am able to send you a Paypal invoice. Please note: I require at least a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to hold your spot on my schedule.

If you’ve provided complete payment, should you request cancellation before we start work, I will refund 50%. Once I’ve started work, refunds will not be available.
I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Any graphics, photos, or fonts you provide for me to use on your design are assumed to have the proper licensing. It is your job to look up permissions for the item(s). Should you request a certain font, graphic, etc., additional charges may incur to cover the price of those materials. You are completely responsible for anything provided to me and any of the content of your site.
Revisions are unlimited. However, if the design process takes longer than 4 weeks due to client indecision or slow response time, additional charges of $30/week will incur. For WordPress packages: packages include only one child theme. Should you choose to use a different theme once we’ve started customizing the original, additional charges may apply for each additional theme we use.
During the design process, I will work with you to create a unique design that you’re in love with. I refuse to directly and knowingly copy another designer’s work or a design that I created for another client.
In order to install your new blog design, I’ll need to be able to log in to your Blogger account. I will need your log-in information for this. Please backup your old design before I install your new one. I am not responsible for anything that is lost in the installation process.
Once a design has been approved for installation, this means that you are completely satisfied with your new design. You are also agreeing that no further revisions will be made to your design.
When I install a design, I will add a link to my website at the bottom. Please do not remove, edit, or alter this in any way.
Should your design need to be revised after installation, or after it has been approved for installation, this will be done at an additional rate of $45/hour. I am happy to answer any questions you have free of charge for as long as you need. I want you to be totally happy with your design and have at least a basic understanding of how to use it.
Do not edit or alter your design (beyond addition/removal of sidebar gadgets in the case of blog design) in any way. Changes made to the design by anyone other than me are an inaccurate representation of my work. Additionally, your changes in the design may cause errors which I am not responsible for.
Any parts of your design which require hosting will be hosted for free as long as your design as active. I will also save any of the graphics used in your design should they need to be modified or resent at a later time.
Do not share or sell your template to anyone for any reason.
I reserve the right to include your design in my portfolio. This may be used on my website, Etsy shop, or social media.
